INTENTION The goal of this project is to design a modern and functional golf facility that accommodates 12 hitting stalls with a focus on providing an elevated and engaging experience for all users, while maintaining a sense of exclusivity for certain user groups. The facility will focus on offering cutting-edge technology and catering to a variety of clientele, from casual visitors to more dedicated golfers. The project will also consider cost-effective construction methods without compromising the perceived quality of the space. The design will incorporate an elevated structure, with stalls placed on one level to improve accessibility while responding to public preference for elevated hitting spaces. A private room or VIP lounge will be integrated into the facility, offering an inti mate, quieter space for small groups or events. There will be flexibility to create partitioned suites or rooms for rental use, potentially providing additional income streams and enhancing the versatility of the facility. The back of house areas will be designed to meet the operational needs of the facility, including staff areas, storage, and service spaces. The facility will be located at the north-west corner of the driving range, ensuring easy access to the main clubhouse and avoiding the need for large nets around the range.

This location optimizes adjacency to the main servicing areas on the site, making it a convenient and efficient choice for both operations and customer access. The project will prioritize creating a welcoming entry point for new golfers, ensuring the facility is approachable and fun for visitors of all ages, while also supporting the long-term development of regular golfers. The design will focus on providing an enjoyable and accessible experience for newcomers to the sport, while aligning with the club’s broader strategy for long-term success. This golf facility will be a dynamic, adaptable space designed to attract new golfers, while offering high-quality services and experiences for a wide range of clientele. By focusing on flexibility, technology, and a welcoming environment, the project will aim to achieve both immediate financial success and contribute to the long-term growth and vibrancy of the club.
